What is this MBSB Ultimate about?
This is a mortgage that is made specially for those who are going big with their property investments.
For that amount of money, MBSB is willing to provide you with many accompanying privileges to make your repayments that much easier - you can even earn some money on the side too. MBSB will be able to finance for up to 90%.
Alright, but what about my monthly repayments?
If there's one thing that is for sure in this life other than death and taxes, it would be paying your monthly installments on your home loan. The rate is calculated using the ECOF, which is equivalent to the BLR, at 6.85%
So what extra privileges will I be getting?
Enjoy Investment returns - On top of the usual insurance, you get the option to opt for a life insurance/investment link coverage that offers investment returns at the end off your tenure.
Flexible repayment - You get to choose the way you pay according to your budget, be it a fixed, gradual or bullet repayment.
Deposits - preferential rates for deposits of up to RM50000 in an MBSB Fixed Deposit Account.
Cash Incentives - When you introduce someone to MBSB Ultimate, you can get cash rewards.
But a word of caution, MBSB is charging a slightly higher interest rate compared to banks in the market. Take some time to consider whether the trade-off is worth it.
Talking about insurance, do I need it?
Having your home and yourself insured is a very important thing to do. MRTA/ MRTT can cover you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
How can I be eligible for this home loan?
Everyone is eligible for this home loan, including foreigners who wish to own a house here in Malaysia. It helps to have a good credit rating.
